Who We Are
What began as a small group in 2016 has progressed and was established as
"Connecting HeaRts - People Management with EQ & IQ" on October 31, 2017.
Connecting HeaRts is a resource for HR professionals in the Indian industry and
now has 630 members from multinational companies, public and private Indian
organizations, academic institutions, and other varied industries.
The CHR Group became a government-registered HR entity in 2019. Executive
Search & Recruitment, Psychometric Assessments, Training & Development,
Employee Engagement Activities, HR Knowledge Consulting, Employee Surveys,
360 Degree Feedback, Compensation & Benefits, HR Statutory Compliances and
Outbound Training Programs (OBT) are the services we provide.

Executive Search & Recruitment
