Organized as a small group of gathering in 2016, we have grown onwards and upwards to get established as “Connecting HeaRts – People Management with EQ & IQ” on 31st October 2017 at 18.45 hours.

Connecting HeaRts (CHR) Group is an autonomous, not-for-profit professionally managed WhatsApp group at this moment, playing a catalyst role in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow. It has 250 members representing Multinationals, Public & Private Indian organizations including Academics currently spread across South India with more members from Chennai, and serves as a reference point for HR Professionals in Indian Industry.

CHR Group is aiming to be a National Apex body of professionals committed to promoting the HR movement in the country and enhancing the capability of Human Resource professionals to compete globally and thereby creating value for society.

Towards an attempt to achieve this, CHR group keeps organizing many events and create occasions to give every individual a platform to develop themselves through education, training, research, experience sharing, job vacancy sharing, candidate sharing, answers to HR legal and statutory related queries, up-to-date development in the field of HR and above all the DNA of CHR – network sharing of HR professionals across industries in India.
