Before moving for overseas studies to Canada, she was working at M.S. Metals & Steels Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, as one of the prominent professionals of Human Resources and Administration. In the company, she has been one of the major contributors in People Management and Capability Development by implementing HR strategies, learning and development, training and compensation, by managing staffing, employee engagement and facilities management across the country, and by making strategic decisions for business development.

Holding a PG degree in Business Administration, Archana has worked in diverse sectors, such as Technology and Software, Finance, KPO, BPO, and Management Consulting. Prior to joining M.S. Metals & Steels, Archana was working as Associate HR Generalist at CG-Vak Group, an ISO certified Software Development and Exports Company in Coimbatore.
